G., Cole G. L., Endler, J. A. 2018. Light environment change induces differential expression of guppy opsins in a multi-generational evolution experiment. Cycle threshold values were determined by qPCR using SYBR® Premix Ex Taq Master Mix (Takara) on a Corbett Rotor-Gene 3000 (Corbett Research).
