The file includes RADseq data for Lumbricus rubellus earthworm, 100 individuals, sampled from four populations in Southern Poland. The data were generated with the double digest RADseq approach. The file includes output of the denovo_map.pl program of the Stacks software. Detailed description is available in the attached ReadMe file
