Genotype data

"Genotypes Noreikiene et al.xlsx" contains genotype information (10 polymorphic microsatellite markers) for individuals analyzed in the study and their parents (30 dams and 15 sires). Genotype information was used to assign offspring to their parents and construct a pedigree, which is also given in the file. More details are provided as comments in the file
