This data file was tailored for the cox regression analysis of survival/mortality over time per treatment combination. The first eight columns represent independent variables: 1. label is the unique number of an individual. 2. Replicate is the number (1, 2 or 3) of the replicate that has been assigned to an individual. 3. Tank is the tank number to which a given individual was assigned. 4. Temperature is the temperature treatment to which a given individual has been randomly assigned (COLD 14ºC or WARM 22ºC). 5. Species is the taxonomic status of a given individual either LF (Northern leopard frog) or WF (wood frog). 6.
