Excel tables containing the two digit genotypes (as used for Genepop) for MHC UBA, MHC DAB and the neutral microsatellites (Oki1a, Oki1b, Oki6, Oki29, Omy77, One8, Ots2, Ots3, Ots107, and Ots108) used to evaluate population diversity and patterns of selection in sockeye salmon. Tissue samples were collected over multiple years as indicated in each table. ID# corresponds to the population numbers given in Table 1 in the manuscript.
