Nexus file containing the alignment of partial sequences of nine nuclear genes for anurans. The sequences correspond to data retrieved from GenBank and complemented with newly generated sequences of partial nuclear genes. In some cases, chimerical sequences were constructed by merging sequences from different species of the same genera, for which strong evidence exist of being monophyletic
