The research work was carried out at the Manglaralto practice center, belonging to the Santa Elena Peninsula State University; during the period from October 2016 to January 2017. The agronomic behavior of soybean genotypes that were selected from the variety of INIAP 307 was evaluated. For the experiment, descriptive statistics were used, by frequency distribution and frequency histograms. The variables evaluated were germination, flowering and harvest days, plant height, pods per plant and yield; the crop management was carried out according to INIAP recommendations, except the harvest, which had an effect on the physiological maturity.
