This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and organizational communication to organizational commitment through employee job satisfaction. The population in this study amounted to 290 respondents who are employees of PT. BHB Padang. This study uses multiple regression analysis and path analysis to see the influence of organizational climate and organizational climate variables on organizational commitment through employee job satisfaction.
