Vertigo can seriously impact the quality of life of those patients affl icted. This case series presents the application of osteopathy in the cranial fi eld to successfully treat vertigo. Both acute and chronic cases are presented. The epidemiology of vertigo is reviewed and co-morbidities present in cases of vertigo are discussed. The association of vertigo with a not previously reported cranial dysfunction is presented. The need for further large-scale, multi-center research studies is reiterated
