Oliver C. Bullock D.O., 1978 was one of the first generation of PCOM students to do clinical placement at the City Avenue Hospital. After graduating, Bullock went on to work in neighborhood clinics in Philadelphia and served as Medical Director of PCOM\u27s Cambria Health Care Center before becoming Director for PCOM\u27s six neighborhood clinics. Topics discussed in this interview include Bullock\u27s experience as an African-American student at PCOM and the College\u27s practices concerning outreach and recruitment of minority students, and the provision of community health services in North and West Philadelphia.
