Abstract This study aims to describe the regulation of wage workers of companies that have not reflected the value of justice pursuant to Law Number 13 Year 2003 on Manpower, and describes the reconstruction of the wage provisions of companies based on the value of justice. This research is non-doctrinal in socio-legal studies. This research was conducted in cigarette company in Kudus, Kediri, and Malang.
