Abstract. The objective of this research are to evaluate the significant effect of organization culture, compensation, and work satisfaction togather to work disciplin of elementery teacher in Sub District Tengaran in Semarang District. This reseach use kuantitative approach. Population of this research are elemantary teachers in Sub District Tengaran in District Semarang consist of 210 teachers and sample of 30 teachers. The analysis use doble regression. The research results are: (1) there is significant possitive effect of organization culture to teachers discipline, (2) there is significant possitive effect of compensation to teacher discipline, (3) there is significant possitive effect of work satisfaction to teacher disciplin, and (4)...
