Introduction: Pilonidal sinus (PNS) occurs commonly in the sacrococcygeal area. However, it may also occasionally occur in other areas. PNS of the face is rarely reported in the literature. The aim of the current review is to highlight the presentation and management of PNS occurring on the face. Methods: Literature search using 4 search engines. Results: 9 patients with facial pilonidal sinus were found. Presentation and management of PNS occurring on the face are discussed.Conclusion: Facial PNS occurs commonly in males with predominantly nose involvement. Excision with primary repair under general anesthesia is the main modality of treatment
