In recent years the incorporation of probiotic bacteria into foods has received increasing scientific interest for health promotion and disease prevention. Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus reuteri were used to manufacture yoghurt supported with probiotic strains for feed experimental animals. The experimental animals were divided into two groups, first received basal diet for 4 weeks, other group was fed by basal diet containing yogurt with probiotic strains. The results indicated that the feed with fermented milk contain probiotic strains allow the strains to grow in intestinal track and to produce one or more antimicrobial substances.
