PROBLEMS OF INDIVIDUALIZATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE STATUS OF STATE CIVIL OFFICIALS ON THE BASIS OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT

Authors consider various conceptual approaches to the role and purpose of the service contract in the regulation of the legal status of civil public officials. The correlation, similarities and differences between the service contract and the labor contract are analyzed. Positive and negative features of the service contract in the regulation of public service relations are pointed out
