The study was conducted to investigate the perceived effect of employees’ participation in organisational decision making on the job satisfaction in National Institute for Horticultural Research and Training, Oyo State, Nigeria. Structured questionnaire were used to collect data from 82 employees using simple random sampling technique. Data were analysed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that majority of the employees (51.9%) were female and belong to the age range of 30-40years, with a mean age of 38.3years.
