An aim of this paper is to argue a reflective consideration for the democracy in Japan after World War II from the view point of the Constitution, Fundamental Law of Education, and problems of Yasukuni Shrine. We are now in progress of big paradigm-shift for the globalization of social cooperation. However, we are facing some dangers of short-sighted nationalistic policy, especially, of diplomatic policy.
