The authors studied the theoretical and methodological framework for the assessment of enterprise competitiveness. Novelty - Evaluation of an anonymous survey of employees the Rostov region on the theme: "The satisfaction of working conditions and their impact on the competitiveness of the enterprise". Новизна – комплексная оценка удовлетворенности муниципальных служащих условиями труда по результатам анонимного опроса сотрудников Администрации г.Шахты Ростовской области, и выявление влияния данных факторов на результативность их работы.
