The article examines the socio-economic and political situation of Central Asia and Northern Iran in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, the Author tries to show characteristics influence the policy of the Russian Empire on the political and socio-economic life of the peoples of Central Asia and Northern Iran and to evaluate its consequences from the perspective of political and social relations.В статье рассматривается социально-экономическое и политическое положение Средней Азии и Северного Ирана в конце XIX – начале XX вв. Автор пытается показать особенности влияния политики Российской империи на политическую и социально-экономическую жизнь народов Средней Азии и Северного Ирана и оценить ее последствия в ракурсе политических и общественных отношений
