The current discussion of the accountability and the credibility for providing for individual needs of all children has brought about the controversy concerning the feasibility of mainstreaming educable mentally retarded children into the regular classroom. The legal aspect of the individuals rights and privileges has introduced a valid argument concerning the integration of the retarded child into a regular classroom climate.
