КОНСТРУКТИВНО-СИЛОВЫЕ ПАРАМЕТРЫ ПРОФИЛЬНОЙ ЦЕНТРОБЕЖНОЙ МУФТЫ С КАНАТНЫМИ ЭЛЕМЕНТАМИ

Current trends to improve the rapidity of technological machines and means of transport require the development of effective protective devices to limit overload of their drives. Consequently the improvement of existing and development of new protective devices with improved performance is an important task for the modern machinery science. Profile type clutches, able to perform safety functions have a number of advantages over common friction clutches. However, the load capacity of such coupling has not been investigated, so the purpose of this work is evaluation of load capacity profile centrifugal safety couplings equipped with flexible links. By providing theoretical studies the load capacity of the proposed design coupling are estimated. The corresponding formulas for the calculation of its rated torque, torque response, as well as the rate of accuracy and response rate exceeding the rated torque are obtained. The effect of displacement the mounting angle on coupling characteristics is analyzed. Our conclusions are as follows. Firstly, due to the implementation of theoretical research the authors have obtained expressions for calculating the nominal moment that the proposed design clutch can transmit and the moment at which it begins operation, and coupling coefficients and accuracy exceeding the nominal torque. Secondly, the clutch has high precision operation, as the theoretical rate of accuracy is about 1.1, which favorably distinguishes it among similar joints destination. The research has proved that the clutch has a high response accuracy. It is shown that the increase in roller mounting displacement angle ξ load coupling capacity increases but operation response accuracy worsening. So when the angle ξ 30 to 60º nominal time T increases from 18.7 Nm to 25.7 Nm (37%), time of operation TSP increases of 19.01 Nm to 26.29 Nm (38%) rate accuracy decreases from 1.04 to 1.07 (2.9%), exceeding the nominal rate since reduced from 1,018 to 1,025 (0.7%).Запропоновано конструкцію відцентрової запобіжної муфти з канатними елементами профільного принципу дії. Внаслідок виконання теоретичних досліджень оцінено навантажувальну здатність муфти запропонованої конструкції, отримано відповідні розрахункові формули для визначення її номінального моменту, моменту спрацьовування, а також коефіцієнта точності та коефіцієнта перевищення номінального моменту. Проаналізовано вплив кута монтажного зміщення на характеристики муфти. Доведено, що муфта має високу точність спрацьовування.Предложена конструкция центробежной предохранительной муфты с канатными элементами профильного принципа действия. За счет выполнения теоретических исследований выполнена оценка нагрузочной способности муфты предложенной конструкции. Получены соответствующие формулы для вычисления ее номинального момента, момента срабатывания, а также коэффициента точности срабатывания и коэффициента превышения номинального момента. Проанализировано влияние угла монтажного смещения на характеристики муфты. Доказано, что муфта имеет высокую точность срабатывания
