A.E. Ext. 90-23This report is a summary of 1989 farm business data collected from six poultry farm businesses located throughout New York State. Egg sales comprised 97 percent of total receipts. The data are presented as averages for the six farms. The business analysis includes a balance sheet, income statement, poultry analysis, and several financial and production analyses for the farms. Blank columns are included in the tables for the user to enter his or her own farm data for comparison purposes.
