Not just the society and the technical level have changed during the human history but the nutritional habits as well. The former balanced energy and nutrients intake were upset in the last 2-3 generations. The energy intake has grown rapidly and at the same time its utilization decreased as well as the nutrients content of our foods decreased. Therefore the illnesses of civilization (e.g.: obesity, osteoporosis, malignant tumours, high blood pressure) have spread quickly. Modern people have to find the best way of life, nutritional habits among changed life circumstances to be able to decrease the negative effects of these illnesses
