Concrete materials are increasingly used in civil engineering construction especially in building constructiontoday. The concrete materials usually taken from various sources in terms of the type and quarry of materials mustentirely meet their specified standards. For the purpose of the feasibility study, the fine aggregate such as sand wasobtained from Maulu River and the coarse aggregate such as gravel was obtained from crushed white mountain rocks.The method used in the study is to test the properties of the materials including fine and coarse aggregates.
