The research aim is to determine the influence financial compensation to work motivation. It is belong to onlinetransportation driver cases. Using one of customer account application to collect the data through questionare andinterview. The amount of the sample is 30 drivers by accidental sampling method. The data is analyzed by usingsmartpls 2.0 Verse. The result is divided into descriptive and inferencial statistic. The descriptive result shows that mostof the drivers are male, productive ages, bugineese with normal time work and choose this job as the main job.
