FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI UNTUK BERKARIER DI LEMBAGA JASA KEUANGAN SYARIAH

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence so as to motivate accounting students to choose acareer at the Institute of Islamic Financial Services. Factors affecting career selection are measured by intrinsic variablesof work, salary, work environment, professional training, professional recognition, social values, labor marketconsiderations, and personality. Target to be achieved in this research is empirical proof of what factors affect studentaccounting career at Sharia Financial Services Institution. Sampling is done by purposive sampling method andconsideration of selected sample is students who have taken Shariah Accounting course or Islamic Banking Accounting.The results showed that the intrinsic value of employment, salary, work environment, professional training, social valuesand labor market considerations had an effect on the interest of Accounting students for a career at the Sharia FinancialServices Institution.While the personality factor was found to have no effect
