BUMN is state own company whom allowed to do monopoly that the market are doing by a single firm for performed concentration of buying and selling activities that is written in the article 51 law No. 5 of 1999 on the prohibitation of monopolistic practice and unfair business competition, If the entry of the Asean Economic Community (AEC), it will be a few of foreign companies entering Indonesia to make the position of BUMN to be threatened, and also make Indonesia prepare for ahead of the upcoming AEC
