A strong, meaningful teacher-student relationship plays an important role not only in the academic success and achievement of students, but also in the shaping of the students’ overall lives. Studies have been conducted over the years pertaining to the concept of the teacher-student relationship and how such a relationship has become an imperative part in the teaching of today’s learners.
