STATEMENT TO THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE SPANISH SPEAKING COMMUNITY 1. Chancellor J. Martin Klotsche has instructed Assistant Chancellors Lynn Eley and Ernest Spaights and Dean Richard Davis to meet with representatives of the Spanish community in order to clarify your state-ment to the University in reference\ to the establishment of a Spanish Speaking Outreach Institute.
