'Women's Work is Never Done'Particularly the laundry work. Water is squeezed from the soaked cloth after much pounding and rubbing. Most laundry was done at the edge of waterholes, lakes or streams. Planks similar to the three above were set up in the most ideal areas and were available to all. Of interest in this photo are her bound feet, tunic, braided hair and silver jewelry.
