Talent management has always been topicof interest among both practitioners and academics interm of its concept and practices. The purpose of thispaper is to expose how practitioners in Thailanddefine the term talent management and what aretalent management practices used by companies.Thirteen companies in the Eastern region of Thailandwere selected as the study sample. The result showsthat there are two approaches used in participatingcompanies’ talent management program. One focuseson individual and another focuses on individual’stalents. And there is a thin line between existinghuman resource activities and activities apply intalent management program
