The study provides basis to measure `learningeffectiveness` through directional` leadership ManagementOptions` (i.e. Controlling Management, Passive Managementand Transformational Leadership) in teams reflecting`Individual Differences´ to ensure organizationalcompetitiveness. The study results confirmed thatTransformational leadership provides strong basis forgaining and displaying exceedingly higher performancelevels by even the ordinary team performers marked by´`Individual Differences` phenomenon among theorganizational human resource clusters
