Tutoring is a facilitating tool for the development of learning. It enables better correlation between theory and practice, strengthening the construction of knowledge and favoring the creation of an atmosphere where the student can create, ask questions, practice and review contents and processes. This paper aims at reporting the experience of student-monitors at nursing for the development of Integrated Activities in Health in Nursing course at a public university in the Amazon, Brazil.
