Juegos recreativos – deportivos para la recreación de los jóvenes en la comunidad (Original)

The present article is heading in the fulfillment of an one belonging to the present-day requirements that today opens out in the communities, young people's recreation. The investigation assumes like objective: Guiding and developing the recreational sports activities with young people in the community, investigation you pronounce yourself in the foundation and structuring of recreational sports innovative games, the ones that reveal of coherent way his potentialities like a variant of communal recreation in terms of using the free time of young people adequately. The contents is held in two fundamental nuclei: I join theoretician and another metodológic on participation's base, making possible significant changes in the job of young people's free time, across, of the realization of the games grouped by areas, offering them several recreational options and a bigger enjoyment. It is  concluded that as a result the recreational sports games that propose  themselves, promote the youth's identity, increase the power of his self-esteem, permit them to be drawn projects of life and healthy styles as from a new option of job in one's free time.El presente artículo está encaminado en el cumplimiento de una de las exigencias actuales que hoy se despliega en las comunidades, la recreación de los jóvenes. La investigación asume como objetivo: orientar y desarrollar las actividades recreativas-deportivas con los jóvenes en la comunidad, la investigación se pronuncia en la fundamentación y estructuración de juegos recreativos-deportivos novedosos, los que revelan de manera coherente sus potencialidades como una variante de recreación comunitaria en función de emplear adecuadamente el tiempo libre de los jóvenes. El contenido está sustentado en dos núcleos fundamentales: uno teórico y otro metodológico sobre la base de la participación, posibilitando cambios significativos en el empleo del tiempo libre de los jóvenes, a través, de la realización de los juegos agrupados por áreas, brindándoles  varias opciones recreativas y un mayor disfrute. Se concluye que como resultado los juegos recreativos-deportivos que se proponen, promueven la identidad del joven, potencian su autoestima, les permiten trazarse proyectos de vida y estilos saludables a partir de una nueva opción de empleo en el tiempo libre
