RESPUESTA AGRONÓMICA DEL CULTIVO HABICHUELA (VIGNA UNGUICULATA L.) ANTE LA APLICACIÓN DE HUMUS DE LOMBRIZ Y ENERPLANT (Original)

In the period between April and June 2013, research was carried out in the adaptation house of the Plant Biotechnology Studies Center of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the University of Granma, belonging to the Bayamo municipality, Granma province. In order to evaluate the response of the cultivar of the variety variety "Lina", under the effect of the application of earthworm humus and the biostimulant EnerPlant, on the vegetative growth and yield of the crop. A randomized block experimental design was used, with four treatments and 4 repetitions, over an area of ​​72 m2. The treatments consisted of the application of 1 kg.m2 of earthworm humus (Trat-2), application of 1.5 ml.ha-1 EnerPlant (Trat-4) and the combination of both (Trat-1) and a treatment without application (Trat-3. Control). The results showed that treatment 1 (Trat-1: combined application of earthworm humus and EnerPlant) obtained the best results in terms of the variables evaluated in the research, demonstrating its positive influence on the different vegetative and productive variables of the Vigna crop.En el periodo comprendido entre Abril y Junio de 2013 se desarrolló una investigación en la casa de adaptación del Centro de Estudios de Biotecnología Vegetal de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrícolas de la Universidad de Granma, perteneciente al municipio Bayamo, provincia Granma. Tuvo el objetivo de evaluar la respuesta del cultivo de la habichuela variedad “Lina”, bajo el efecto de la aplicación de humus de lombriz y el bioestimulante Enerplant, sobre el crecimiento vegetativo y el rendimiento del cultivo. Se utilizó un diseño experimental bloques al azar, con 4 tratamientos y 4 repeticiones, sobre un área de 72 m2. Los tratamientos consistieron en la aplicación de 1 kg.m2 de humus de lombriz (Trat-2), aplicación de 1,5 ml.ha-1 Enerplant (Trat-4) y la combinación de ambos (Trat-1) y un tratamiento sin aplicación (Trat-3. Control). Los resultados demostraron que el tratamiento 1 (Trat-1: aplicación combinada de humus de lombriz y de Enerplant) obtuvo los mejores resultados en cuanto a las variables evaluadas en la investigación, demostrando su influencia positiva en las diferentes variables vegetativas y productivas del cultivo de la Vigna
