LA ANIMACIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL COMO ALTERNATIVA PARA EL DESARROLLO CULTURAL COMUNITARIO (Revisión)

The studies on the Sociocultural Animation in this new millennium have gained a greater height in the social and cultural field, in correspondence with the increase of the communitarian work; placing itself among the most controversial subjects within the Social Sciences. In this article, the authors intend to provide assessments from the theoretical - practical point of view on sociocultural animation as the main axis of research and some basic categories related to it such as: participation, culture, community and community cultural development. The scientific problem is based on determining what characteristics the system of actions of socio-cultural animation should have that favors the participation of the inhabitants of the Circumscription 58 of the Popular Council "Amador Liens Cabrera" based on the socio-cultural community project "RecreArte". With a selected population of 678 inhabitants, the proposed objective focuses on designing a system of actions that, based on socio-cultural animation, enhances the participation of the selected sample in the community project "RecreArte". The application of the formulated action system is of great importance as it will contribute to improving the cultural life of the community.Los estudios sobre la Animación Sociocultural en este nuevo milenio han cobrado un mayor auge en el ámbito social y cultural, en correspondencia con el incremento del trabajo comunitario; ubicándose entre las temáticas más polemizadas dentro de las Ciencias Sociales. En el presente artículo los autores pretenden brindarles   valoraciones desde el punto de vista teórico - práctico sobre la animación sociocultural como eje principal de la investigación y algunas categorías básicas relacionadas con la misma como son: participación, cultura, comunidad y desarrollo cultural comunitario. El problema científico se fundamenta en determinar qué características debe tener el sistema de acciones de animación sociocultural que favorezca la participación de los pobladores de la Circunscripción 58 del Consejo Popular “Amador Liens Cabrera” fundamentado en el proyecto sociocultural comunitario “RecreArte”.  Con una población seleccionada de 678 habitantes, el objetivo se enfoca en diseñar un sistema de acciones que desde la animación sociocultural potencie la participación de muestra seleccionada en el proyecto comunitario “RecreArte”. La aplicación del sistema de acciones formulado reviste gran importancia pues contribuye a mejorar la vida cultural de la comunidad
