The present investigation picks up the most excellent aspects in the program for the formation of the sport voluntary activists, in the work that you/they develop in the communities in the baseball through the professional of the career of Physical Culture. Their importance resides in that intends a program for the sport voluntary activist's formation, the one that demands from a treatment from a model of integral formation, in consequence with the changing social necessities, cultural of the own development of other tendencies of the sport at social level, as the sport for all, the Physical activities - Sport Community, aspects that have not been sufficiently investigated in this environment, offer social and psychological elements to keep in mind when working with the baseball, peculiarities of the voluntary activist's work, technical abilities and physical capacities that one works in the different categories, development and organization of a session of training, selection of talents and the organization of competitions in the base. La presente investigación recoge los aspectos más sobresalientes del programa para la formación de los activistas voluntarios deportivos, en la labor que desarrollan en las comunidades en el béisbol a través del profesional de la carrera de Cultura Física. Su importancia radica en que se propone un programa para la formación del activista voluntario deportivo, la que exige de un tratamiento desde un modelo de formación integral, en consecuencia  con las cambiantes  necesidades sociales, culturales del propio desarrollo de otras tendencias  del deporte a nivel social, como el deporte para todos, las actividades Físicas- Deportivas Comunitarias, aspectos que en este ámbito  no han sido suficientemente investigados, ofrece  elementos sociales y psicológicos a tener en cuenta al trabajar con el béisbol, peculiaridades del trabajo del activista voluntario, habilidades técnicas y capacidades físicas que se trabajan en las diferentes categorías, desarrollo y organización de una sesión de entrenamiento ,selección de talentos y la organización de competencias en la base
