El aporte práctico de la investigación radica en la aplicación de ejercicios dirigidos a desarrollar las capacidades al planificar el entrenamiento deportivo en las atletas. Son ejercicios que posibilitan resolver la problemática técnico material que existe el  área. Los ejercicios fueron adaptados teniendo en cuenta las características de las gimnastas, así como las potencialidades que brindan los ejercicios en la preparación técnica donde se perfecciona la clase de entrenamiento de las gimnastas
