CONSIDERACIONES TEÓRICAS QUE SUSTENTAN EL SISTEMA DE ACCIONES EDUCATIVAS PARA FORTALECER LA IDENTIDAD DE LA CULTURA DEPORTIVA EN NIÑOS EN LA PRÁCTICA DEL FÚTBOL DEL MUNICIPIO BAYAMO (Revisión)

The investigation is based in designing a system of educational actions as from sports recreational offers to strengthen the identity of the sports culture like fundamental value in children of 10 and 12 years in the practice of the Soccer at Bayamo's municipality, since through decades a sentiment for this sports, because it has to a large extent been  contributed to seeing the life from a different mode in the population, once him was  bound one way or another has been  rooted, either to practice it or to follow it like fan.La investigación está basada en diseñar un sistema de acciones educativas a partir de ofertas deportivas recreativas para fortalecer la identidad de la cultura deportiva como valor fundamental en niños de 10 y 12 años en la práctica del Fútbol en el municipio de Bayamo, ya que a través de décadas se ha arraigado un sentimiento por este deporte, porque en gran medida se ha contribuido a ver la vida desde un modo diferente en la población, ligado a él de una manera u otra, ya sea practicarlo o seguirlo como aficionado
