EL ANÁLISIS ESTADÍSTICO COMO HERRAMIENTA QUE FAVORECE LA FORMACIÓN CIENTÍFICA Y PROFESIONAL DEL ESTUDIANTE UNIVERSITARIO (Revisión)

The research project responsible for providing the considerations taken into account for the writing of this scientific article, presented as a central purpose the determination of the incidence of statistical analysis in the scientific and professional education of the university student. For its fulfillment were used methods of the empirical and theoretical level of scientific research, the former served as the basis for the collection of information responsible for sustaining the solution of the assumed scientific problem, while through the classified as theoretical the process was finalized mental that made possible the analysis of the achieved results, after being processed mathematically and statistically. The main variables considered in the hypothesis subject to verification were statistical analysis and professional training. Through the application of the planned research actions, the main finding was a diagnosis of the criteria of managers and teachers investigated on statistical analysis as a tool for the training of students, as well as a system of methodological considerations in order to enhance motivation and teacher training for the application of statistics in the development of their classes and consequently in the evaluation process. Arriving at the conclusion that statistics as an integrating subject constitutes an essential base in the training of the university student, by offering tools that optimize production and services, by using different techniques, according to the intended objectives; thus contributing to their integral formation.El proyecto investigativo encargado de aportar las consideraciones tenidas en cuenta para la escritura de este artículo científico, presentó como propósito central la determinación de la incidencia del análisis estadístico en la formación científica y profesional del estudiante universitario. Para su cumplimiento fueron utilizados métodos del nivel empírico y teórico de la investigación científica, los primeros sirvieron de base a la recogida de la información encargada de sustentar la solución del problema científico asumido, mientras que a través de los clasificados como teóricos se concretó el proceso mental que posibilitó el análisis de los resultados alcanzados, luego de ser procesados matemática y estadísticamente. Las principales variables contempladas en la hipótesis objeto de comprobación fueron el análisis estadístico y la formación profesional. Mediante la aplicación de las acciones investigativas programadas se logró como principal hallazgo un diagnóstico de los criterios de directivos y profesores investigados sobre el análisis estadístico como herramienta para la formación de los estudiantes, así como un sistema de consideraciones metodológicas con el objetivo de potenciar la motivación y capacitación de los docentes para la aplicación de la estadística en el desarrollo de sus clases y consecuentemente en el proceso evaluativo. Arribándose a la conclusión que la estadística como asignatura integradora constituye una base esencial en la formación del estudiante universitario, al ofrecerle herramientas que optimizan la producción y los servicios, mediante el uso de diferentes técnicas, según objetivos previstos; coadyuvando por tanto a su formación integral.&nbsp
