LA GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO Y LA INNOVACIÓN EN LA UNIVERSIDAD DE GRANMA, A FAVOR DEL DESARROLLO TERRITORIAL (Original)

The management of knowledge, which takes relevance from the development of science and technology in the past and the present century and the socio-economic transformations that have taken place, is of great importance for the changes that take place in Cuban Higher Education. This paper shows the main results in knowledge management at the University of Granma, where the necessary links were established between teaching, research, development, innovation and improvement, in order to impact on territorial development, also strengthening, the links with the business sector, production and services, highlighting the actions carried out with MINAG, MINED, INDER, ANEC, MININT, ACP, AZCUBA, the National Union of Jurists, among other entities that have made generalization possible gradual scientific results.La gestión del conocimiento, que toma relevancia a partir del desarrollo de la ciencia y la tecnología en el pasado y el presente siglo y las transformaciones socioeconómicas ocurridas, tiene gran importancia para los cambios que ocurren lugar en la Educación Superior cubana. En el presente trabajo se muestran los principales resultados en la gestión del conocimiento en la Universidad de Granma, donde se establecieron los nexos necesarios entre docencia, investigación, desarrollo, innovación y superación, en función de impactar en el desarrollo territorial, al fortalecer además, los vínculos con el sector empresarial, de la producción y los  servicios, destacándose las acciones ejecutadas con el MINAG, el MINED, INDER, ANEC, MININT, la ACP, AZCUBA, la Unión Nacional de Juristas, entre otras entidades que han posibilitado la introducción paulatina de resultados científicos
