This report proceeds from the hypothesis that women are less represented than men in positions of empowerment in institutions of National Higher Education. If so, exposes a problem of gender inequality in these organizations, leading not only to ethical/moral problems but also to waste of the benefits that the female values can provide to the organizations. The aim of this work is focused on carry out a quantitative analysis of the situation in Argentina, identifying different variables of analysis and arriving to a conclusion about the issues raised.
