Background: Female circumcision is still in debate. Some people consider that female circumcision may harmful to health. Meanwhile others consider female circumcision as a thing that taught by the religion. Objective:To analyze female circumcision and factors that influence parents to circumcise their daughter in Indonesia. Methods: This study is non-intervention analysis research by using data of 2013 Riskesdas. The data are contained of 14.859 parents who have daughter with age of 0 until 11 years old. The data are analyzed based on socio demographic and Girl’s circumcision behavior by using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes method.
