This paper investigated the perception of lecturers’ and students about the relevance and quality assurance of continuous assessments as currently practiced in Nigeria universities. Three Universities and a degree awarding tertiary institution in Ondo state were selected for the study. A total of 240 subjects comprising 104 lecturers and 136 Undergraduates (not below 300) level selected through Stratified random sampling techniques were used for the study. Descriptive statistics and t-test were employed to analyze the hypothesis generated for the study.
