International audienceThe paper presents a study of carbon dioxide capture from industrial incinerator flue gas on a laboratory scale. It first offers the project context and the incinerator gas features. Starting from these specificities, we propose a toolfor evaluating the sustainability of carbon dioxide (CO2) capture with alkanolamine processes from incinerator fluegas and we chose the formulation of 30 %wt of monoethanolamine (MEA) in water as benchmark solvent.A summary of previous studies is presented for the solvent degradation and the experimental setups. The dataneeds were identified for a consistent evaluation of the CO2 capture from incinerator flue gas and an innovative pilotwas designed to conduct the study. We present a detail...
