Exploring the value of WGS in clinical setting, we sequenced 254 triple negative breast cancers (TNBC) with associated treatment and outcome data collected between 2010-2015 via the population-based Sweden Cancerome Analysis Network-Breast (SCAN-B) (ClinicalTrials.gov ID:NCT02306096) project. Somatic mutations (point mutations, small insertions and deletions, chromosomal rearrangements), as well as copy number profiles from whole genome sequences of triple negative breast cancers.
