Prosedur Pembukaan Dan Penarikan Tabungan Melalui Agen Btpn Wow Pada Pt Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (Btpn) Cabang Ciliwung Surabaya

The role of banks in advancing the economy of a State is enormous. Banking activities also provide an important role for the Indonesian people individually. The main activity is to raise funds from the community and channel back to the community in the form of credit. Banks have met the needs of the community in facilitating operational activities in the opening of savings, savings deposits and settlement of payments or financial transactions. In this final project research conducted at Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Branch Ciliwung Surabaya with the title Procedure of Opening And Withdrawal Savings Through Agent BTPN Wow! At Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Ciliwung Branch Surabaya by interview method, secondary data retrieval and Library Studies. This research focuses on one of the products namely BTPN Wow! Savings. BTPN Wow! Savings is a Smart Account (Non-Office Financial Service for Inclusive Finance) initiated by the government through the Financial Services Authority (OJK).From the discussion of the results of the study is expected to provide information about BTPN products that are Savings BTPN Wow! that allows people to open savings, transactions between banks until closing the account through the nearest agents so that no need to go to the bank.
