ABSTRACT This research aimed to analyze the effect of dividend policy, free cash flow, assets structure, firm size and firm age to debt policy in manufacturing company. In this study, the debt policy is measured using debt to equity ratio.The statistical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23th to process the data. The data used in this research are secondary data from the annual publication of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and have been audited during the period 2014 to 2018.
