Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Aset, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Pertumbuhan Aset Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Real Estate and Property di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Capital structure is part of the company's financial structure which is a comparison between long-term debt, short-term debt and own capital used to finance the company's operations. This research is meant to find out the effect of variable profitability, asset structure, firm size and asset growth to the capital stucture of the company at real estate and property listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The number of samples was 36 (thirty-six) companies. Determination of samples in this study using purposive sampling method. The data in this study were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS as data processing. The results of this research shows that the simultan profitability, asset structure, firm size and asset growth has significant influence the capital structure. The partial profitability formulated with Return On Asset (ROA) has a negative and significant effect on capital structure (DER), the asset structure has a positive and significant effect on capital structure (DER), firm size formulated with Ln total assets has a positive and significant the capital structure (DER), and the growth of influential assets has no effect on capital structure (DER).
