Pengaruh Penerapan Good Corporate Governance, Profitabilitas Dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Periode 2013-2017

This study aimed to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, profitability and leverage of the company’s firm value listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. In this study there are four independent variables, Good Corporate Governanc, profitability and leverage with one dependent variable is the firm value. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method, the number of population found in this study were 555 companies that meet and then purposive sampling eight companies. Type of regression model used in this study is multiple regression, and then to test in multiple regression studies using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 16.0 for windows using T test (statistic). The result of this study showed that Good Corporate Governance has not significant on firm value, profitability has significant direct effect to firm value, and leverage has negatife and not significant on firm value.
